I've been working with this company for quite a few years now, and I gotta say, it's one of the best out there. They provide US phone numbers for customer service, so you can reach out anytime. They stand behind their products completely, and the descriptions and images are spot on with what you actually get. Their customer service folks are fantastic—super professional and really know their stuff. I wish every business in the US could learn a thing or two about treating customers right, 'cause they really set the bar high. Having a phone number to call definitely adds to the trustworthiness of this company. I highly recommend them!

I didn't get my item because of a likely Federal shutdown or maybe some bad weather. I reached out to the company, and the representative was super apologetic and shipped it out that same afternoon. It arrived in just 2 days. I'm giving it a full 5 stars! Big thanks to Consume Crafts.

Products are consistently well-packaged, prices are fair, and the quality appears to be solid. When they run sales, they’re pretty awesome. They don’t stock every single item, which might explain why their prices are so decent.
